By recognizing the existing urban fabric, the proposed buildings both recompose it and allow for the transparency of the interior spaces—true urban courtyards that interact dynamically with the proposed layout, challenging the conventional idea of the party wall.

The tower building wraps the entire perimeter of the lot with a concrete skin, replicating within it the linear housing scheme used on the other parcels. In this case, spatiality is generated through a highly luminous triangular interior space, connected on its north face to public terraces open to the street.
