The building is located in a key area of Tigre, on the Victorica waterfront promenade, facing the Deliberative Council square and the restored Tigre Museum, across from the Luján River.

Taking advantage of its setting, and in compliance with the strict urban and aesthetic regulations — which included approval by a special commission — the project was conceived as a volume with an open ground floor, four terraced typical floors, and two duplex levels.
In this way, a building of singular scale was developed, based on a brick plinth and a concrete upper volume that continues as a unified whole with the proposed zinc roof.
It is worth highlighting how the building integrates with its surroundings: from the museum terrace, in relation to the neighboring historic house — to which it gives a front setback — and finally from the river, incorporating a piece of modern architecture that respects and enhances the built environment.
