The scheme is organized around a central park onto which the buildings face, creating a new public space belonging to the complex and open to the community. The linear buildings are arranged on a 4-hectare site, forming a U-shaped layout whose fourth “façade” is the existing green frontage along Crisólogo Larralde, defined by a row of mature eucalyptus trees. In this way, more than 30,000 square meters are built without altering the quality of life in this low-rise residential neighborhood.
