The building is conceived as open-plan floors suitable for professional use.
Following this logic, the freedom of the floor plan is expressed on the front façade through a transparent envelope, in the manner of a curtain wall, and a series of balconies with glass-block flooring. The commercial canopy on the ground floor is also a metal structure made of profiles and glass blocks.
