The building is located on Pedro Goyena, Caballito’s traditional avenue, lined with 15-meter-tall tipa trees and early 20th-century mansions.
The project restores the classical-style mansion, enhancing and preserving its architectural value.

Behind the mansion, a new 12-story building is set, with a central core and four apartments per floor. A fully glazed façade was designed to create a clear contrast with the old mansion, defined by a glass skin.
The plans were developed in agreement with the Historic Heritage authorities, who highlighted the excellent dialogue between the new and the old as a way of making city.
