A linear floor plan was conceived, allowing for excellent views of the river. The overall aesthetic of the project evokes that of a marine building, distinguished on the façade by a blue curtain wall and white framing that convey a strong sense of speed.

The transparent open ground floor forms a true entrance plaza. It is a highly successful New York–style model: people can come down to eat, have a coffee with their work group, and relax.
The building’s overall image is completed by a linear pergola that engages in dialogue with the sky.
