The building is located in the Nuñez neighborhood, in a low-density area. It has four stories with an open ground floor.

Given the depth of the lot, two volumes connected by a core opening onto the central courtyard were proposed.

Access to the one-bedroom apartments, four per floor, takes place through this open space, creating a way of living that reflects individuality.
The building’s street-facing image is very transparent, with the varied reflections of glass and glass brick.
