Surrounded by a forest of coihue trees, the house is set at the break point of the slope, with a clear defining feature: a 25-meter-long stone wall, 4.5 meters high and one meter thick, which contains all the service areas.

Resting on this wall, the house takes the form of a glass prism with a single-pitch roof, parallel to the mountain slope, designed to temper the winds coming from the Andes.
Representing the concepts of modernity through its morphological synthesis, clarity of organization, and the way materials are used, the house is also an example of adherence to the region’s traditional construction principles.
