The large ground-floor space of the former Banco Hipotecario has been reactivated through a public axis that highlights it and brings it into focus, setting it in contrast with a series of repeating backlit modules that culminate in the Plaza de Defensa y Alsina. These cubes accommodate support activities, institutional communication graphics, and a reflecting pool in the plaza—an image of the State’s transparency.
